Returns on Food Products
Due to health and safety standards for food items, we cannot accept returns on PickyFresh snacks once they have been delivered, even if the packaging is unopened. This ensures that every customer receives a product that has been kept in a controlled, safe environment.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We take great care in packing our Mediterranean bites, but we know things can happen during the journey from Greece.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

What we need: Please include your order number and a clear photo of the damage or the incorrect item.

Our Promise: We will immediately send a replacement at no cost to you or issue a full refund for the affected items.
Refund Process
Once a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method automatically.
